Payment Processing

At order placement, a temporary authorization hold may be placed to verify funds. This hold is released per your bank’s policy.
Cards are charged when the order ships. For multi-item orders, you may see separate charges as items ship.

You can also view invoices and order details by logging into your account on our website.
Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellations: If you need to cancel, contact our customer service as soon as possible. Orders not yet shipped can usually be canceled without penalty.
Shipped orders: Cancellations after shipment may incur return shipping fees.
